Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. They will manage all marketing campaigns, oversee our online presence, and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote the brand through various channels.
  •  Innovate new approaches to market the brand effectively, ensuring a unique and compelling presence.
  • Manage the community of marketers by conducting weekly reviews and providing guidance.
  •  Ensure accountability across the team, including graphic designers, marketers, programmers, and yourself, regarding their responsibilities.
  • Follow up on leads generated, engaging with potential clients to drive conversions and build relationships.


The qualifications for the Marketing Manager position at Smart School Software may include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in the education or software industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.


The ideal candidate for the Marketing Manager position at Smart School Software should have.

  1. at least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing,
  2. with a proven track record of successful campaigns and strategies.
  3. Experience in the education or software industry is preferred .
  4. The candidate should have experience managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions are also important.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

  • Lead Conversion: The rate at which leads are converted into paying customers, indicating the effectiveness of sales efforts.
